Prices are per week based on 7 persons sharing the house. Any additional guests will be charged at £10 per person per night (child or adult). This is simply to cover the cost of setting up extra beds in the rooms.

Reservations are made on a weekly basis and bookings run from Friday to Friday.

Short breaks are available at a cost of £150 per night. Minimum stay of 2 nights. Please contact us for last minute deals and late availability.

Pets - a small supplement of £10 per dog applies to cover the cost of additional cleaning. Please mention any pets in your booking enquiry. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

This is a no smoking property.

On arrival all rooms are made up with one towel per person left on beds. Each room has complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits provided, and each bathroom has complimentary shower gel, soap and shampoos.
